I approach design by thinking about systems and defining what quality means for projects big and small. I bias towards action, always experiment with new tools to find the most optimal route towards scalable solution.

I thrive in environments where I am empowered to understand a user experience intimately, experiment with emerging technology, build scalable design systems, and get hands-on in the building process.

Previously, I worked as a Product Designer for Universe, an event ticketing platform that is part of Ticketmaster. There, I led end-to-end projects for enterprise-level B2B clients, aiming to improve feature adoption, retain clients and gain new business. I also worked on B2C oriented projects with a focus on increasing revenue through ticket sales.

When I'm not working, I'm learning something new. At the moment, I'm diving deeper into front-end development to ship and iterate products more efficiently and speak the language of developers.

I approach design through a curious and strategic lens, always thinking critically about what users say and do, while leveraging emerging technologies such as MCPs and AI-assisted IDEs to bridge the gap between design and development.

I thrive in environments where I get to influence business strategy, build scalable design systems, and get hands-on in the building process.
