A brief look at a variety of problems I've helped solve.
The following is a collection of smaller scale projects that tested my skills and helped me grow into the designer I am today. The goal is to provide a window into my career without over stuffing my portfolio with case studies.

Universe Website
A redesigned, performance‑optimized website built and hosted on Webflow.
It proved to better reflect Universe’s brand and value proposition. The new experience improved clarity, reduced friction, and helped attract higher‑quality leads. Ultimately, the site regained its role as a reliable and scalable acquisition channel.
SKILL
Dealing with hard pivots.
The pivot from B2C to B2B wasn’t well defined, and not all stakeholders agreed on the path forward. I prioritized what the marketing leads needed, as they understood our users best. Together, we kept leadership stakeholders informed on our work and assessed feedback as it came.
The website targeted ticket buyers, not businesses, as it prioritized event discovery rather than communicate business value.

Learning
Before this project, I thought leadership stakeholders unanimously agreed with each-other, and that there was a single, confident vision propelling our business strategy. I quickly found out this was far from the truth, realizing instead that product design is also about persuasion and choosing who to listen to.

ACCESSIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

UNIVERSE DESIGN SYSTEM
When I started at Universe, we didn’t have a proper design system in place. With collaboration from design and development, I helped turn a disjointed set of components into a connected, scalable system for faster design-to-shipping.
